For each of your appointments, I expect your diligence & punctuality in return.

In life, the unexpected can happen and I'm very understanding, so communication is key.

 

To meet this commitment:

• ALL cancellations & changes must be made 48 hours before the appointment.

• Any delays must be notified to me by telephone and we will discuss them together.

• A reservation fee will be charged to confirm an appointment

• This fee is deductible on the day of the appointment.

 

No appointment without prior confirmation.

 

A fee of 50% of the services booked or $40 per hour lost will be charged if this commitment is not respected.
